How we work together.
Last updated 27 October 2026. These terms apply to our projects and to this website. Your written quote can add details; where the two differ, the quote wins.
1. Quotes
Every project starts with a written quote: what we will make, the price, what it includes (for example hosting, a domain, or monthly care), and the timeline. A quote is valid for 30 days. The price in the quote is the price; there are no hidden fees.
2. Starting
Work starts when you accept the quote in writing (a WhatsApp message or an email is enough) and pay any first payment the quote asks for.
3. Your part
You send the texts, photos, logos and details the site needs, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You give feedback in reasonable time; if content or feedback arrives late, the timeline moves with it.
4. Changes
The quote says how many rounds of changes are included. If you want something outside the quote, we tell you the price first and only do it after you agree.
5. Payment
Amounts and due dates are in the quote. Costs paid to other companies on your behalf, such as a domain name, are listed separately in the quote.
6. Ownership
When the project is fully paid, the design, the content we wrote for you and the code we made for your site are yours. Your domain is registered in your name. Fonts and open-source code keep their own free licenses. We only show your site in our portfolio if you agree.
7. Hosting and care
Monthly care and hosting run month to month. You can cancel any time; the service ends at the end of the month you paid for. If you leave, we hand over your site's files and help move your domain.
8. Launch
We build on a private preview link. When you approve it, we put it online. We fix mistakes in what we built at no cost for 30 days after launch.
9. Responsibility
We work with care and skill. We are not responsible for indirect losses (such as lost profits), for problems caused by other companies' services (such as a host or a payment provider being down), or for content you supply. Our total responsibility for a project is limited to what you paid us for it in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.
10. Using this website
The information on this site is general and may change. Please don't misuse the forms, try to break the site, or copy its design or code. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut decide disputes. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection the law of your own country gives you. We would always rather sort a problem out by talking first.
