Your details, plainly.
Last updated 27 October 2026. Short version: we collect only what we need to answer you, we never sell it, and you can have it deleted at any time.
Who we are
Levant Agency ("Levant", "we") is a web design studio based in Lebanon. We decide how the details on this page are used and we answer for them. Contact us about privacy at contact@levant.agency, or WhatsApp or call +961 3 047 293.
What we collect, and why

We don't ask for anything else. There are no accounts on this site, no payment details, no location tracking and no hidden fields that collect data.
What we never do
- We don't sell or rent your details, and we don't use them for advertising.
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, social media pixels or third-party analytics. This site loads no scripts from other companies; fonts and code are served from our own server.
- We don't add you to a mailing list. We only send marketing emails if you separately ask for them, and every one would carry an unsubscribe link that works with one click (replying "stop" works too).
- We don't make automated decisions about you.
Who else handles it
- Hostinger, our web host, stores the site, the form backups and the anonymous counts, and sends the form emails.
- Google (Gmail), where form messages and emails to us are delivered.
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to message us there.
These providers may store data outside your country. We only use providers that protect it with their own security measures and contractual commitments.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. The form asks you to confirm you are 18 or older, and we don't knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and think your child sent us their details, tell us through the data request page and we will delete them.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- show you what we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop using it, or withdraw a consent you gave (this doesn't affect what was done before);
- send it to you in a common format.
Use the data request page or write to us directly. We may ask a question to make sure the request is really yours, and we answer within 30 days. If you think we got it wrong, you can complain to your data protection authority, for example the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus. In Lebanon, personal data is covered by Law No. 81 of 2018.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Form backups and visit counts are stored in a private folder that can't be reached from the web, and only we can open them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. If a change matters for details you already gave us, we will tell you.
