Before we start
If you change your mind after paying but before any work has begun, you get everything back, except money already paid to another company on your behalf (for example a domain registered in your name, which stays yours).
During the project
You can stop a project at any time. You pay for the work done up to that point, as the stages in your quote describe, and we refund the rest of what you paid. You keep everything finished so far.
If we can't deliver
If we can't deliver what the quote promised, we refund what you paid for the part that wasn't delivered.
After launch
Work you approved and that went live isn't refundable, but we fix mistakes in what we built at no cost for 30 days after launch.
Monthly care and hosting
Cancel any time and you won't be charged for the next month. The month already paid isn't refunded, and the service runs until it ends.
Domains and other companies' services
Domains, paid fonts or other services bought from other companies for your project can't be refunded once bought, because those companies don't refund us. They are always yours.
